What about Scotland?
Scottish data lives in separate registers (Registers of Scotland for sale prices, Scottish EPC register). We don't include them yet. Coming when we've confirmed the licence and refresh cadence.
What about Northern Ireland?
NI uses a separate Land & Property Services dataset and a separate EPC register. Same status as Scotland.
